Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase.

Sessions & Services

Booking fees for all sessions and services are non-refundable.

Transfers are subject to the notice period stated on each individual session's product page. Within this period, you can transfer your booking directly via your confirmation email. Requests made after this notice period will not normally be accommodated, as late changes impact other participants and the viability of the session.

Cancellation by Trail Paws Adventures In the unlikely event we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full transfer to another date or a full refund.

No-shows No refund or transfer will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

UK Orders Only

We deliver within the United Kingdom only and do not offer international shipping.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused with tags, free from mud and pet hair, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days.

Refused returns: Returns may be refused if items show general wear and tear, laundering, or damage. If a return is refused, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

You have 30 days from receipt to request a full refund

After 30 days and up to 6 months, we may offer a repair or replacement

For safety-critical products, claims will be considered even after 6 months

Refunds will not be issued for items repaired or altered by the customer

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items and gift cards
